Terms of Service

1. Overview

Kudesi Gamedesign (the “Service”) is a content-publishing tool operated by kudesi (“kudesi”, “we”, “us”; provider details in the Impressum). It uploads videos, such as devlogs, gameplay clips and behind-the-scenes moments of kudesi’s games, to TikTok accounts that have been connected to the Service through TikTok’s official login. By connecting an account to or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. How the Service works

• An account is connected only through TikTok’s official login (Login Kit). You sign in on TikTok’s own page; the Service never sees your password.
• The Service requests only the permissions it needs: user.info.basic (to identify the connected account) and video.upload (to upload videos).
• Videos are uploaded to the connected account as drafts. Nothing is published until the account owner reviews and posts it in the TikTok app.

3. Accounts & connected services

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may disconnect an account or revoke access at any time, which stops all further uploads to that account.

4. Your content & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable law and with the terms, policies and community guidelines of each platform you publish to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content made with AI must be labelled as required by the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, using it to send spam, or using it in violation of any third-party API terms, including TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with TikTok through its official API. TikTok is operated by its owners under their own terms; its availability, behaviour and policies are outside our control. We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok, including the removal, restriction or rejection of content.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, kudesi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits arising from the use of the Service. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
